I know life likes to throw curveballs now and again, so if for whatever reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give me 24 hours notice to cancel and reschedule your appointment which is free of charge. Anything on the day you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you don’t turn up, you will be charged for your full treatment.
